What can EF Coaching do? Clients will:

discover and practice strategies to build a toolkit for getting things done

identify and leverage strengths, & grow skills to compensate for challenges

receive support and accountability to follow through on action steps

celebrate every “win” to increase confidence and self-esteem
Who am I? As an EF Coach, I bring:

a Master’s degree in Education from Stanford University
-
20 years experience tutoring, coaching, teaching, & directing education programs
-
personal experience with ADHD and a wealth of skills and strategies
-
rich knowledge of neurodiversity, including ADHD, giftedness, autism, & dyslexia
-
genuine affection for the personalities & priorities of youth and young adults
Who do I work with? My EF Coaching clients:
-
are in middle or high school, college, or post-college
-
procrastinate & struggle to manage their time, tasks, and belongings
-
may feel overwhelmed & unmotivated, with or without an ADHD diagnosis
-
are not yet reaching their potential in school, personal life, or career
-
crave independence from parental management
-
want someone to get to know them, see their strengths, and believe in them
